CS

With sales and applied technology advantages, we are developing marketing across our company to provide the most appropriate products, quality, and quantitative and logistics services. We start from the conceptualization, designing, and planning stage, so that products designed, manufactured, and distributed by our customers are more appreciated in the market. We can introduce the best product for you from among standard products in volume production. However, if there is no conventional product that can fully meet your requirements including quantity, usage, specifications, price, and delivery, we are happy to provide a semi-customized product through discussion and new development. Listening to customers is our starting point for all of our work and maximizing customer satisfaction. We are adequately staffed to respond quickly to customer requirements and challenges.

Quality

To provide products and services that meet customers’ needs, we have established a quality management system for ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 to continue quality improvement through a process approach for evaluating effectiveness.
For the integration of quality management system and MI (management innovation), a BSC (balance score card) has been developed to track quality objectives and is also used for the PDCA (plan-do-check-action) cycle.
